Lip filler - Dermal filler

Lip filler and Dermal filler are one. While lip injections focus primarily on the lips, dermal fillers has a broader application, targeting various areas of the face, such as the cheeks, nasolabial folds, jawline, and more. They can be made of multiple substances, including hyaluronic acid, calcium hydroxylapatite, and poly-L-lactic acidb. These various filler create beautiful, and fuller variations of the lips and body without the need for needles or discomfort. It is a safe and effective way to enhance your lips, butts, body and boost your confidence.

​How it does it work

The device deposits Hyaluronic Acid filler into the lips by way of a Hyaluron Pen. This "pen" was originally created for diabetic patients to offer a needle-free and pain free way to deliver insulin into the subcutaneous tissue.

Hyaluronic Acid is converted into nanoscale molecules and is effortlessly inserted through the skin with air pressure and a needle-free syringe. The diameter of the flow is 0.17mm, which is twice as small as an insulin needle.  Since Hyaluronic Acid is converted into nanoscale molecules, the application is more comfortable, brings less trauma to the skin, and spreads to the desired areas much more evenly.  Thus, giving your lips a much more natural enhanced look and feel without the recovery time caused by needles.

What is Hyaluronic Acid

Hyaluronic Acid is a natural sugar found in the human body, and happens to be the most hydrating substance in the world.  Its primary function is to attract water and keep the skin hydrated, plump and youthful.  Hyaluronic Acid can hold up to 1000x it's own weight in water giving back skin hydration and volume.  By adding HA into the skin, we revive collagen as well, promoting a fresher and more plumped effect. The human body creates Hyaluronic Acid naturally, so there are no allergic reactions, making is safe for even sensitive skin.

Needle-free vs. Needle Injected (Fillers)

Both applications use Hyaluronic Acid as a filler, the only difference is the density.  A less dense filler is used for needle-free injection, to allow the nanoscale molecules to penetrate and spread evenly under the skin.  Lasting effect depends on the "building" process first.  Very thin lips may require 2ml-3ml's with 5 days in between applications to avoid bruising and swelling.  Medium to fuller lips typically only requires 1ml for desired results.

*** PLEASE NOTE *** It is recommended to book your appointment with at least a 4-5 day advance to allow for Pre-Treatment guidelines to be followed.

** Pre Treatment (Important to follow)

• Hydrate!  Drink plenty of water prior to treatment.  Hyaluronic Acid holds onto water and this creates better results and keeps lips plump longer.
• Do not take any aspirin, ibuprofen or similar products (Advil, Motrin, Aleve) for one week prior to procedure.
• Avoid fish oil, Vitamin E, and gingko biloba for 1 week prior to this procedure.
• To help decrease the possibility of bruising or swelling, take Arnica tablets 3 days prior to treatment (these just get dissolved under the tongue) and for three days following treatment.  **If you are prone to cold sores, please take an anti-viral medication like Valtrex 3 days prior to your appointment** can be purchases on Amazon or check your local pharmacy as some do carry them OTC.  Follow instruction accordingly.  **If you have previous lip fillers, you must wait a minimum of 4 weeks in order to get additional lip fillers.**

​

** Post Treatment (Important to follow)

• Hydrate!  Continue to drink lots of water for longer lasting results.
• Continue with Arnica tablets for 3 days.
• Apply Arnica gel often to help with swelling or any bruising that may have occurred.
• Avoid strenuous exercise for at least 24 hours after treatment.
• Avoid hot temperatures (sun, tanning beds) for 24 hours after treatment.
• For any discomfort or swelling you may use a cold pack (or ice wrapped in wet cloth) 5 min on and 5 minutes off.  But do not apply ice directly as this will freeze the Hyaluronic Acid.
• Avoid excessive salt for 24 hours as this can dehydrate.
• Again, drink plenty of water.

Whitening DO's & DON'TS:

**The day of your appointment 4 hours prior to your appointment time DO NOT brush or floss this could cause sensitivity once the whitening gel is applied. Make sure you eat before your appointment, only because you will not be able to eat or drink for 2 hours after your whitening session is done. Aftercare instructions will be given after your session is done. No spicy foods, no alcoholic beverages and no mouthwash before your teeth whitening session.

Candidates for Teeth Whitening:

**It is always best to have healthy teeth before doing the teeth whitening session. If you have had any dental procedures please wait 1 week before scheduling your teeth whitening appointment. If you have had a tooth extraction please wait 1 month. You want that extraction area to heal first. If you are pregnant, I do not recommend a teeth whitening session. If you have braces, please wait until your braces are removed to start the teeth whitening session.

Tooth Gems:

**Tooth gems are available. Swarovski Crystals and 14k Gold gems are available. 14k Gold gems are real gold and cost more than Swarovski gems. Tooth Gems can last a minimum of 6 months. With good oral health it can last for years.

TOOTH GEM CARE:

• DO NOT TOUCH OR PLAY WITH CRYSTAL.
• DO NOT EAT FOR 1 HOUR AFTER CRYSTAL IS PLACED. YOU CAN DRINK WATER IMMEDIATELY.
• EAT ONLY SOFT FOODS FOR THE FIRST TWELVE (12) HOURS.
• DO NOT BRUSH YOUR TEETH FOR TWELVE (12) HOURS. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO NOT USE AN ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSH FOR THE FIRST 24 HOURS AFTER A JEWEL HAS BEEN PLACED.

Butt Filler:

B3 uses a long-lasting injectable filler that can be used to produce more gluteal volume and defined curves. This non-surgical procedure provides patients with natural-looking results and a modest increase in butt size that complements their curves.

Lipo Injection:
